Since she was a child she has been under the spell of music. She started playing the organ at the age of 7 and then studied with pianist and composer Renata Cedeño until her teens, winning some national festivals. However, her real musical career began after she moved to Germany to pursue her language exchange studies at the University of Aachen (RWTH).

Her connection with Holland started immediately, being only 20 minutes away. She studied 2 years of piano-Jazz at the Maastricht Conservatory (Irv Rocklin (Billie Holiday)) at first and then moved to Rotterdam where she finished her Bachelor's degree at CODARTS University of the Arts, Rotterdam Conservatory (Jan Laurens Hartong, Marc Bishop).

There she had the opportunity to learn not only piano but also percussion from a wide variety of international masters from the jazz, Latin, flamenco, tango and pop scenes with whom she would also perform later.

She has over 20 years of experience playing and teaching in many styles and levels.

For the past few years she has also been working in her studio on her own music as a singer-songwriter, composing and letting herself express through music.

She now also works as a Reiki Master and Wellness Guide.

After many years of learning Tibetan Buddhism and meditation, yoga and different healing techniques, Anabell offers music therapy and sound therapy, Reiki sessions and creative composition.
